Helping Heart LLC provides compassionate care and exceptional services, including assisted living facility services, to residents in the Tampa Bay area. We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Office Assistant/Marketing Staff to support daily office operations, marketing efforts, and social media presence.
Location: 4603 Pompano Dr. Tampa FLSalary: $15 and up per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
✓ Provide administrative support, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
✓ Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
✓ Support marketing initiatives such as designing flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.
✓ Maintain and update client and business records.
✓ Assist with event planning and community outreach efforts.
✓ Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
✓ Other duties as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in marketing, social media, or office administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must pass a Level 2 background screening.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.
